About Podeo

We build the video your podcast never had time to make.

Podeo turns an audio episode into a finished, publishable video, so a show that only lived in a podcast app can show up where people actually watch.

Why Podeo exists

The problem

Podcasts are audio. Discovery is video.

YouTube is the largest podcast platform in the world, and a podcast that never becomes video never appears there. The usual fix is to hire an editor or spend a day in a timeline for every episode. Most shows do neither, so the episode stays audio and the audience stays the size it was.

What we built

A director, not a template.

Podeo Director listens to the episode, writes the visual treatment, finds the footage, cuts the timeline, and hands you a finished video. It is not a waveform on a static background. The first export takes about twenty minutes.

What you keep

The last edit is yours.

Automated output is a starting point, not a verdict. Podeo Copilot lets you change any part of the video by describing the change in plain words, and the full editor is there when you want to work shot by shot.

The company behind Podeo

Podeo.ai is a product of Adori AI, Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States and based in Saratoga, California. The same team has been building automated video tools for spoken-word audio for several years, and Podeo is where that work is focused now.

Podeo is a web product. You sign in at app.podeo.ai, upload an episode, and get a video back. There is nothing to install.

If you want to know exactly what we do with the audio you upload, that is written down plainly in our privacy policy, and the agreement you are entering into is in our terms of service.

Audio in. Video out. Today.

Set up your studio, drop your latest episode in, and watch Podeo's director do the rest. Free to try, no credit card.
